For Morgan

Listen: Jonas Kaufmann

A precious young girl in our
neighborhood inspired this post. She read
And Then There Were None as part of her
summer reading list for school. And loved it.
Her enthusiasm made me want to read it again.

Agatha loved the German composer, Wagner.
Christie and chocolate cake were made for
each other, so I had to include my
favorite chocolate cookbook (right now).
A passage from Christie's A Murder is Announced
inspired actress and cake decorator Jane Asher
to make a Delicious Death cake for
                                       Christie's 120th birthday last September.
If you'd like that recipe, click here.
Shocker: I have never seen this movie.

Grazie, Morgan, for influencing this Christie Collection.
You haven't a clue how much I'm going to miss
watching you blissfully skip beyond
my dwelling each day on your way home from school.

Has a young person encouraged you to reread a classic?
Please share!

The library has these Christie classics and more ~
which will you choose?

xoxo Michele
